My husband is a really good cook! Tonight he made pecan-crusted chicken breasts. He takes chicken breasts, and rubs them with olive oil. Then he chops pecans with salt, black pepper, red pepper, and garlic, and smashes them into the chicken breasts. He bakes them covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, and uncovered for 20 minutes.
